Bookings and Cancellations

Customers must cancel bookings for services 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the total costs, subject to agreement by both parties.


Complaints

Customers can file a complaint with Adveanz if a service deviates from the description on the platform. Complaints can be submitted via email to support@adveanz.com Adveanz will investigate the complaint and take appropriate action if necessary.


Liability

Adveanz is not liable for incidents that occur with the customer or the business during the execution of the services
